Had a encore appointment as well as installation of my license plates. Pretty ordinary visit except service was anything but ordinary...it was extraordinary. They installed a license plate bracket that I purchased that wouldn't obscure the front end of the X5M. Then Louis Cortes, my encore genius, offered to drop me off at my next destination (I was going to call an Uber) which turned out to be in a new 7 series. From beginning to end, the service was efficient and thoughtful.
