Need a part or two for your next DIY project? Let us know, and we can ship these parts to you. In many cases, you can order your parts and have either same-day or next-day delivery. Plus, since we only use FedEx for delivery services, you’ll receive a tracking number and will always know where your parts are.

Pickup and Drop-off Services

In addition to mobile-friendly service scheduling, your BMW can be inspected and/or repaired without you ever leaving your home. How is that possible? Our team of highly trained and skilled technicians will come to you!

Our BMW Pickup and Drop-off Services give you the freedom to have your vehicle serviced completely on your terms thanks to these flexible service options:

• Valet Pickup & Delivery: Our BMW drivers will pick up your BMW model from your home or workplace, drive it to our service center, then return it after the requested service is completed.
• Dealer Curbside Drop-off & Pickup: If you’re in the neighborhood and need your vehicle serviced in a hurry, our Dealer Curbside Drop-off & Pickup is a great option. Schedule your drop-off appointment, then come back and pick it up when it’s ready.
• Valet Courtesy Loaner Pickup & Delivery: Can’t be without a vehicle but need your BMW serviced? Our Courtesy Loaner vehicles are an option. We’ll drop off a Courtesy Loaner vehicle when picking up your model. When your vehicle’s ready to return home, we’ll drop it off and head back to the dealership in the loaner vehicle.
